Business Analyst - Senior (Payments)

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland, with remote work in Poland

What you will do

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and identify business needs.
• Create and maintain requirements specifications, user stories, and related documentation.
• Analyze existing processes and design workflow improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, management, and end users.
• Collaborate on business solutions and test and validate them against performance objectives and user needs.
• Prepare and present clear reports for stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business analyst experience in payments or financial services.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong ability to write requirements specifications and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
