Trainee Business Analyst (Odoo)

Location: Poland or other countries within UTC+1 to UTC+4, remote; office attendance is required for participants based in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Learn how Odoo ERP supports sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and finance processes.
• Analyze AS-IS business processes and design TO-BE solutions.
• Practice requirements analysis, process thinking, and solution design.
• Work through practical business cases and exercises involving incomplete information.
• Use feedback from experienced Business Analysts to improve analysis and decision-making.
• Complete a final assessment at the end of the Academy.

Requirements

• English: B2+ required for training materials, discussions, and clear communication.
• Basic understanding of the Business Analyst role, business processes, and requirements.
• Strong learning agility, analytical thinking, ownership, and independence.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, identify gaps, and ask relevant clarifying questions.
• Full-time participation in the 1–1.5-month unpaid Academy.

Nice to have

• Completed Business Analysis courses, bootcamps, university subjects, or relevant self-study.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, or Bitrix24.
• Experience with business processes, data, operations, finance, logistics, or customer-facing work.
• Internships, student projects, hackathons, or other practical analytical experience.

Hiring process

• Pre-screening with a recruiter covering the Academy format, expectations, motivation, Business Analysis, and ERP.
• Recruiter interview covering background, learning approach, unfamiliar tasks, and English level.
• Case assessment followed by a technical interview to discuss the solution with an experienced Business Analyst.
