Business Analyst (Growth)

Location: Temporary remote with future relocation to Limassol, Cyprus; office-based work with 42 remote work days per year

What you will do

• Gather, structure, and validate requirements with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Translate product hypotheses and business goals into user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, business rules, and detailed technical tasks.
• Analyze data structures, APIs, integrations, system constraints, and microservice architecture alongside developers and architects.
• Maintain requirements, document decisions and assumptions, and support delivery teams in clarifying and validating shipped features.
• Create and maintain a searchable knowledge base covering product behavior, business logic, APIs, data, admin pages, and system relationships.
• Prepare structured knowledge for LLM vector databases and use AI tools to draft requirements, check consistency, and generate scenarios with rigorous verification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in product development.
• Ability to understand complex product and architectural logic, identify risks, and document information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in structuring ambiguous problems, defining business rules, and writing clear, detailed, testable requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and structuring data for LLM vector databases.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher is required.
