Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes, layouts, routes, and equipment configurations.
• Introduce automation tools to improve space and labor efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Develop inventory strategies, monitor turnover and accuracy, resolve slow-moving and abnormal inventory, and coordinate warehouse resources.
• Manage warehouse teams, create operating standards and training plans, and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Analyze operational data, develop improvement plans, and coordinate with logistics, sales, and upstream and downstream supply chain functions.
• Build industry-specific warehouse solutions, SOPs, cost standards, and technology-driven operating models for areas such as cold chain and bulky goods.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse operations, inventory management, process optimization, and cost control.
• Ability to manage warehouse teams and implement standardized operating procedures and training programs.
• Ability to analyze warehouse performance data, including timeliness, cost, quality, inventory turnover, and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with logistics, sales, and other supply chain functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Madrid Province, Spain.
