APAC Transformation Lead (Strategic Commercial Projects)

Location: hirify.global Head Office, North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Intentional hybrid arrangement: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remotely. Must have valid working rights in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident.

What you will do

• Lead regional strategic commercial transformation projects across ANZ and APAC.
• Establish PMO governance, integrated plans, decision logs, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across supply chain and related functions.
• Prepare executive reporting covering progress, risks, issues, decisions, and benefits tracking.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Manage transformation risks and interdependencies while supporting organisational design, capability building, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, project management, change management, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain, operations, or business improvement programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executive-level reporting across functions.
• Strong change management, organisational design, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and risk management capability.
• Strong PMO discipline, facilitation, problem-solving, influencing, and prioritisation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project or reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Project management, change management, or continuous improvement certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci.
• Experience developing job descriptions, capability frameworks, role designs, operating model changes, or transition plans.
