Senior TPM of Applied AI

Location: Remote, based in Sydney, Australia; authorization to work in Australia is required.

What you will do

• Lead benchmark transformations and co-develop benchmark transcreations with frontier AI research lab partners.
• Manage end-to-end technical programs involving large-scale datasets and bespoke engineering milestones.
• Architect and oversee high-volume data pipelines across text, image, video, and audio modalities.
• Implement automated and human-in-the-loop quality-control frameworks for data integrity across languages and domains.
• Coordinate forward-deployed engineering, research, and production teams to support frontier AI customers.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field with 10+ years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 5+ years in a high-growth AI or engineering environment.
• Experience founding or scaling a venture, or working in an early-stage startup while driving growth and strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models, including understanding of training, inference, multilingual data, and multi-domain data.
• Experience managing high-throughput programs with mission-critical quality control and automated validation at scale.
• Fluency in multiple human languages.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
