What you will do
- Lead the annual planning process for the Roadside portfolio and turn strategic priorities into an executable roadmap.
- Manage prioritisation, sequencing, dependencies and delivery visibility across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Align Operations, Digital, Technology and Finance stakeholders on investment decisions, business cases and delivery outcomes.
- Provide portfolio governance through reporting, risk management, decision-making forums and executive communications.
- Lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, including testing, process readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition planning.
- Lead, coach and develop a small team while building accountability and delivery capability.
Requirements
- Experience leading portfolios, programs or large-scale business initiatives in complex operational environments.
- Strong strategic planning, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven people leadership experience and a record of developing teams and delivering results through others.
- Experience managing governance, reporting, risks and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
- Commercial and delivery acumen, including business case development, investment planning and decision-making.
- Experience assessing change impacts, managing operational readiness and supporting successful implementation.
