Hourly pay range in Chicago: $27.50–$92.40. Additional ranges: Washington, DC $30.00–$100.80; Frisco, TX $26.25–$88.20; New York $31.50–$105.00.

What you will do

• Support meaningful client engagements, internal initiatives, and research projects.
• Help organizations use technology to solve complex business challenges and improve operations.
• Collaborate with Staff, Seniors, Managers, and Principals across industries and service areas.
• Engage with privately held businesses and publicly traded multinational corporations.
• Participate in mentoring, networking activities, and formal training.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2026/2027 academic year.
• Must study business, industrial engineering, supply chain, accounting, operations management, information systems or technology, computer science, analytics, information or data management, management information systems or technology, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date must be between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
