IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Manager (SOC Focus)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $108,200–$189,620 per year

What you will do

• Work with client executives and management teams to identify and manage financial, operational, and technology risks.
• Assess cybersecurity, IT strategy and governance, regulatory compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, third-party risk, ITGC, application controls, and SOC reporting.
• Develop audit programs and execute internal audits and IT control assessments.
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare executive summaries, final reports, and engagement workpapers, and present findings to internal and external audiences.
• Support engagement staffing, billing, collections, profitability, client relationships, and team development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• At least five years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or computer information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA.
• Five or more years of experience in IT audit or cybersecurity, with SOC and SOX audit experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
