IT Audit Manager (Cybersecurity): Executing risk-based IT audits and managing audit professionals across Toyota’s systems and IT operations with an accent on cybersecurity risk, IT governance, ITGCs, business continuity, and regulatory compliance. Focus on testing SOX and FDICIA controls, presenting control deficiencies, coaching team members, and advancing audit automation and data analytics.

What you will do
- Plan and execute risk-based IT audits covering information security, SDLC, change management, infrastructure, networks, access management, data protection, business continuity, and third-party risk.
- Lead and review audit work, including test design, evidence analysis, issue development, recommendations, and work paper management in TeamMate+.
- Conduct annual ITGC testing for SOX Section 404 and FDICIA, analyze deficiencies and compensating controls, and track remediation.
- Present audit findings and control deficiencies to management and advise stakeholders on sustainable corrective actions.
- Coach and develop IT audit professionals while supporting team quality, rigor, and productivity.
- Advance the use of data analytics, automation, and improved IT audit methodologies through special projects and global initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing IT audits.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
- Expertise in SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and NYDFS compliance audits.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, COSO, and ITIL frameworks.
- Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced training in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Experience with TeamMate+ audit software or revising audit methodologies.
