Senior IT Auditor (Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Texas; Westlake, Texas; or Lone Tree, Colorado

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute internal audits focused on IT infrastructure, applications, and technology projects.
• Assess cybersecurity, data centers, IT operations, change management, network security, cloud computing, and application controls.
• Design and perform audit testing, prepare deliverables, complete work papers, and track audit status, issues, and budgets.
• Identify audit observations, validate action plans, and participate in risk assessments with business partners.
• Collaborate with internal business lines and external co-sourcing providers.
• Coach audit team members and support onboarding, training, and special projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of IT audit experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience performing internal audits in complex operational and regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of risks, internal controls, control adequacy, and control effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and solution-design skills.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA strongly preferred; financial services or Big Four experience is a plus.
