Rotational Analyst, 2027 Leadership Development Program, Singapore (FinTech)

Location: Singapore. Workplace: On-site. The program is also available in New York, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London, with possible opportunities to complete later rotations in another location.

What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across ION’s core capabilities during the first 18 months.
• Contribute to projects in product management, account management, sales, implementation consulting, data operations, automation, pre-sales, editorial, or investigative research.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations, analyses, activity reports, and project materials.
• Take ownership of challenging projects, manage deadlines, and communicate with internal teams and clients.
• Analyze workflows, user data, and customer needs to improve products, processes, and sales efficiency.
• Automate complex internal and customer-facing processes while applying strategic and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026.
• Achieved a 2:1 degree classification or above.
• Degree in STEM, business, or economics preferred, or demonstrable interest in finance and technology.
• Demonstrated leadership potential inside or outside the classroom.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for learning, self-improvement, and understanding the reasons behind problems.

Hiring process

• Attend a video interview if shortlisted.
• Complete a final assessment day with interviews, a case study, and a group exercise.
