Head, Product and Business Management

What you will do

• Lead the CIO Product & Business Management team across product management, business management, and business risk management.
• Oversee product lifecycle management and operational support for mutual funds, in-house funds, alternative funds, structured notes, and portfolio management offerings.
• Coordinate fund launches, lifecycle events, documentation, distribution agreements, reporting, performance data, and cash flow updates.
• Drive CIO strategy, financial planning, sales performance tracking, governance, management reporting, vendor management, and headcount planning.
• Lead process improvement and cross-departmental transformation projects involving regional offices and OCBC partners.
• Strengthen first-line operational and information security risk governance, investigate risk events, and coordinate audit and review responses.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in private banking, asset management, or fund houses.
• Direct experience working with senior management in business management, risk and governance, and technology-related change management.
• Knowledge of mutual fund and alternative asset management businesses.
• Strong understanding of front-office controls, risk policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects, manage concurrent priorities, and work independently under time pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high-quality degree-level qualification, and proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
