Application Support (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid, based in Porto or Lisbon 2–3 times per week; candidates must be based in Portugal.

What you will do

• Provide application and technical support to clients and users.
• Translate data business needs into actionable IT requirements.
• Identify process malfunctions, report anomalies, and support continuous operational improvement.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage internal client satisfaction.
• Escalate dissatisfaction appropriately and contribute to updating operating procedures.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Technical Support Advisor.
• Solid understanding of data business concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous working style.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• French proficiency at B2 level.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
