What you will do

• Lead multiple projects from inception through completion using structured planning and execution.
• Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and keep initiatives on track.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Identify obstacles, solve problems, and make decisions that keep projects moving forward.
• Deliver projects that meet requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or customer service with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
