What you will do
- Lead the recruiting unit and ensure a high quality of hire across non-technical functions.
- Manage, mentor, and coach the recruitment team.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including pipelines and recruitment flow effectiveness.
- Track recruitment metrics, analytics, and KPIs to improve delivery quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes.
- Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external fintech partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across the full hiring cycle.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring talent for non-technical functions such as Legal and Finance & Accounting.
- Strong ownership, execution, planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and improve recruitment processes through analytical problem-solving.
- English: Intermediate+ or higher.

- Experience leading, managing, mentoring, or coaching recruiters.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
