Resource Planner - Technical Services

Location: Must be based in Budaors, Hungary or Bratislava, Slovakia

Gross annual base salary: EUR 27,071.03–38,671.96, plus an annual discretionary incentive.

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate field service activities, customer projects, training, and other operational work.
• Allocate resources based on skills, qualifications, customer requirements, and workload.
• Monitor workforce capacity and utilization, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with managers, project teams, regional resources, and external partners.
• Track deployments and operational initiatives, manage risks, resolve planning issues, and escalate concerns.
• Support planning best practices as a resource planning subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or automation engineer in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of service operations, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Experience with planning and scheduling systems such as FSM, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and availability to work from Hungary or Slovakia are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in field service organizations.
• Knowledge of hirify.global equipment, service products, and customer operations.
• Experience with outsourcing models and cross-regional resource planning.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and automation initiatives.
