Crew Short Term Planner

What you will do

• Recover crew schedules and line training plans after operational disruptions outside the 72-hour window.
• Plan crew routes based on published schedules and duty rules.
• Optimize crew rosters for productivity while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Monitor roster fatigue and support crew wellbeing.
• Lead process and system improvement initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects with Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, and Human Resources.

Requirements

• Experience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems is required.
• Knowledge of working rules, limitations, and rest requirements is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of crew scheduling regulations and systems.
• Ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Good oral and written presentation skills.
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Growth mindset and a can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
