Crew Short Term Planner

hirify.global is an airline operating crew planning and flight operations activities.

What you will do

• Recover crew schedules and line training plans after operational disruptions outside the 72-hour window.
• Plan crew routes based on published schedules and duty rules.
• Optimize crew rosters to maximize productivity while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage roster fatigue and support crew wellbeing.
• Lead process and system improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, and Human Resources.

Requirements

• Required experience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems.
• Strong knowledge of working rules, duty limitations, and rest requirements.
• Knowledge of crew scheduling regulations and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn information into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Good presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
