Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Bogota, Colombia. Visa or relocation support is not available.

What you will do

• Execute business operations support activities in SAP and Salesforce.
• Process, close, and maintain business transactions accurately and on time.
• Track order fulfilment, resolve backorders and delivery constraints, and support timely supplier deliveries.
• Maintain ERP systems, master data, and transactional records through housekeeping and data cleansing.
• Coordinate reverse logistics activities and collaborate with regional Services Supply Network stakeholders.
• Manage the Purchase to Payment process, address deviations, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with initial professional, internship, or university project experience.
• Intermediate English required for professional reading, writing, and communication.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge, including commonly used formulas and operational data organization.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
• Must work from the hirify.global office in Bogota, Colombia; visa and relocation support are not provided.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP or another ERP system.
• Interest in developing skills in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, reporting tools, and international business processes.
