Focus on aligning procurement strategies with workforce priorities, leading cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering performance across complex multi-country operations.

What you will do

  • Lead HR Services Procurement category strategy across North America and Latin America, representing approximately $1 billion in enterprise spend.
  • Determine regional business needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with workforce and business priorities.
  • Lead key supplier relationships and major strategic negotiations across assigned subcategories.
  • Manage and develop regional procurement teams, including performance reviews, resource allocation, and employee development.
  • Partner with Global Talent Management, Finance, regional procurement leaders, and senior executives.
  • Deliver performance targets across indirect services procurement and lead change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of related experience and a minimum of five years of people management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of spend management, category management, supplier management, procurement policies, and contract management.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, leadership, collaboration, project management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to present complex information to senior executives and understand regional business challenges.
  • Approximately 10% domestic and international travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Spend management or source-to-pay experience in HR Services or Indirect Services Procurement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and significant change programs across multiple countries and industries.
  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Experience with business data analysis, sustainable procurement, supplier collaboration, risk management, and succession planning.
