What you will do
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Consulting, Financial Services, and Technical Services categories.
- Lead supplier relationship management, vendor performance reviews, issue resolution, negotiations, and continuous improvement.
- Use data analytics and digital tools to generate insights, measure performance, and support procurement decisions.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and senior management to align category strategies with long-term requirements.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions that simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve stakeholder experience.
- Lead procurement initiatives for the Innovative Medicine and MedTech segments and provide updates to procurement leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Broad understanding of business operations, spend management, and core procurement functions.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, judgment, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Experience with project management and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable improvement opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management, internal customers, and suppliers.
Nice to have
- Experience in supplier and vendor management, category management, procurement excellence, supply market analysis, and spend analysis.
- Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, risk management, sustainable procurement, and vendor selection.
- Experience with competitive landscape analysis, performance measurement, cost-benefit analysis, and new program development.
