Product Manager (Airline Operations)

What you will do

• Evaluate internal customer needs, business processes, and existing digital solutions to identify improvement and value-creation opportunities.
• Develop product vision and strategy with business owners while representing digital vision and architectural guidelines.
• Prioritize initiatives, support business cases, and coordinate IT resources to optimize business value.
• Measure product outcomes through metrics and KPIs, and contribute to OPEX, CAPEX, and resource planning.
• Coordinate projects, manage vendors, communicate delivery status, and control related costs.
• Lead improvements in ways of working and prepare forecasts, reports, and analyses for management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in an international business environment, including 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Understanding of waterfall and agile IT development methodologies and processes.
• Experience coordinating projects, mapping business processes, and applying agile development practices.
• Strategic, analytical, communicative, proactive, and well-organized approach with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
