Junior iOS Engineer (AI)

Location: Krakow, Poland; onsite at the High5ive building

hirify.global develops the Engagement Banking Platform, a unified fintech platform that helps financial institutions manage customer journeys from onboarding and servicing to loyalty and loan origination.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for banking challenges.
• Research advances in AI, including large language models and emerging AI frameworks.
• Use platforms and tools such as HuggingFace and Ollama to tailor AI solutions to operational needs.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to translate requirements into AI applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain deployed AI systems, including LLMOps and MLOps environments.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with other AI engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
