Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLMOps)

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, optimization, and production deployment.
• Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines with MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases for observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready NLP, RAG, and multimodal AI solutions with data scientists, engineers, and clients.
• Develop and orchestrate agentic systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Manage ML infrastructure, including CI/CD/CT pipelines, cloud environments, data stores, monitoring, security, and workflow orchestration.
• Package and integrate ML services into reliable, maintainable applications and automate pipeline execution with Databricks, Kubeflow, or Airflow.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production ML solutions.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong Python skills across data science and ML development, packaging, and service integration.
• Advanced experience with LLMOps, AgentOps, experiment tracking, CI/CD/CT, and ML workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI/ML cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP and working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, spoken and written, is required.
