Operations Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies for the HMI China Program.
• Manage overall operational activities, including project management, business development, and reporting.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure effective decision-making and sustainable operational excellence.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to management and staff to foster a culture of excellence.
• Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate process risks.
• Empower and lead teams to ensure operational continuity and high-quality output.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the high-tech industry.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management, PM, Business Development, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, or Physics).
• Strong leadership experience, with 5+ years of managing managers preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Must be based in Beijing, China, with openness to business travel.
• Demonstrable experience with operational excellence in complex organizations.
