Base pay: €28,700–€46,805 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal meetings and corporate events.
• Manage event-related documentation and operational processes.
• Track budgets, costs, and accounting allocations.
• Coordinate with external partners to support successful event delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
• Analyze event data and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in event planning or meeting management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• High level of English.
