Director, Finance Analytics, Process Excellence & AI

What you will do

• Lead Finance and Procurement Operations analytics, reporting, process intelligence, automation, and AI enablement.
• Define KPI, performance measurement, dashboard, scorecard, and process intelligence strategies across AP, T&E, AR, R2R, and Procurement Operations.
• Use process mining, benchmarking, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and deploy AI-enabled insights and automation solutions while promoting responsible AI adoption.
• Establish demand management, data governance, reporting controls, and benefits-realization processes.
• Lead and develop a global team while partnering with Global Process Owners, Service Delivery leaders, Finance leadership, Internal Controls, Audit, Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• 10 years of relevant experience and 6 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Experience with analytics, process mining, automation, and AI solutions, including strategic oversight or product ownership.
• Experience leading teams, developing capabilities, managing resources, and driving organizational change.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting controls, compliance, privacy, security, and operational performance management.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
• Power BI, Tableau, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, AWS Athena, SQL, Python, and process mining platforms.
• Microsoft Copilot, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur experience.
