Relationship Manager (Junior) – iGaming

What you will do

• Support senior Relationship Managers with day-to-day operations for assigned tier 3 and tier 4 clients.
• Monitor client activity and analyze reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, account reviews, and data insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build knowledge of hirify.global products, payment methods, eCommerce, and the iGaming industry.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Risk teams to execute client requests.
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and periodic business reviews.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required for communication with colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments or iGaming.
• Italian language skills.
