Customer Success Manager (AI Legaltech)

Location: Hybrid, Sofia, Bulgaria

Compensation: €30,000–€45,000 annual OTE, plus equity and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Become an expert on hirify.global and act as a product evangelist for customers.
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Own the existing-business funnel, including checkpoints, business reviews, upsells, and account uplifts.
• Manage renewals and churn risks to protect and grow recurring revenue.
• Understand customer pain points, goals, and development opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact between hirify.global and its customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Familiarity with sales support tools such as HubSpot and Notion.
• Professional proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
• Motivation to keep learning and contribute to a rapidly growing startup.
