People Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, based in Malaysia or Southeast Asia, with travel to Georgia

What you will do

• Own day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, documentation, leave administration, benefits, and offboarding.
• Own and improve the group HRIS and people technology stack across multiple entities and countries.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with Finance, external payroll providers, and local partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve people processes while maintaining controls and documentation.
• Coordinate entity-level corporate administration, corporate records, filings, governance processes, and internal entity documentation.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or generalist HR roles.
• Hands-on ownership of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, policies, and employee relations.
• Experience building or significantly improving HR processes and systems in a startup, scale-up, fintech, financial services, or similarly fast-moving organization.
• Experience supporting a multi-country and multi-entity workforce across different jurisdictions.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms, payroll administration, employee data management, and HR process automation.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and implement solutions in an evolving environment.
