Director of Brand & Communications (AI)

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s positioning, voice, brand system, and editorial vision across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
• Develop and run brand campaigns from concept through assets and distribution.
• Shape press messaging, story angles, talking points, and earned-media narratives in collaboration with the PR agency.
• Own company and founder social channels and build a consistent content engine.
• Build founder visibility through bylines, podcasts, panels, ghostwriting, coaching, and opportunity sourcing.
• Hire and grow the brand and communications function while partnering with founders, Sales, and Product on positioning and go-to-market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, brand, content, editorial, journalism, or founder and executive visibility, unless demonstrated by an exceptional portfolio.
• Track record of earned media, founder thought leadership, media placements, bylines, or building recognizable voices.
• Strong media instincts, with the ability to identify compelling stories and pitch them directly.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating positioning work, published content, launches, campaigns, or coverage.
• Excellent written English and a high editorial standard.
