What you will do

• Perform digital IC design and verification using HDL and industry-standard tools.
• Contribute to DFT design, synthesis, static timing analysis, and power analysis.
• Optimize and simulate high-speed parallel DSP architectures for PAM and coherent DSPs and PHYs.
• Develop scripts using TCL, Perl, Python, and Unix shell.
• Analyze DSP optimization challenges and collaborate with architecture, validation, and software teams.

Requirements

• Final-year Master's student at an accredited Italian university or a recent Master's graduate in electronics, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital design.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software; applicants may be subject to an export license review.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design verification and DFT.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing.
