Future Talent - Automation & Digital Analyst

Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico; approximately 50% travel within the Mexico region may be required. Visa or relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Learn and develop automation solutions for customers as part of the Automation team.
• Support Automation & Digital opportunities, pre-projects, evaluations, and business development activities.
• Capture customer needs and translate them into requirements, technical specifications, and defined scopes.
• Prepare cost calculations and support customer evaluations, account managers, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with commercial, portfolio, delivery, and other stakeholder groups across Processing, Packaging, and Services.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemical or mechanical engineering, software development, or a related field.
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and collaborative approach.
• Interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Mexico for approximately 50% of the time.
