Senior Advisory Tax Consultant

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom — hybrid working with flexible hours

Salary: £50,000–£68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits

hirify.global is recruiting for an independent tax advisory firm providing specialist advice to individuals and businesses.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of tax advisory projects from initial scoping through to completion.
• Advise individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses on complex tax matters.
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Prepare reports, advice notes, proposals, and client correspondence.
• Work with Directors and senior colleagues on complex assignments and support business development activities.
• Monitor project scope and fees while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• CTA qualification.
• Strong tax advisory experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience across private client and business taxation matters.
• Experience with business restructuring, share schemes, R&D reliefs, inheritance tax, residency, or property taxation.
