Subcontract Accounts Payable Specialist (Data Centre)

Location: Onsite in Buntingford, London, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

What you will do

• Process subcontractor invoices and payment applications across international entities.
• Check invoices against contracts, purchase orders, approved variations, budgets, and project milestones.
• Monitor retention, contra charges, back charges, valuations, certifications, and payment processes.
• Support monthly CVR, forecasting, cash flow, and project reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies, duplicate invoices, cost anomalies, and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics and handle subcontractor payment queries.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Commercial Administration, or Subcontract Administration.
• Experience processing subcontractor or supplier invoices across overseas entities.
• Experience working in multi-company and multi-currency environments.
• Knowledge of CIS, RCT, VAT, reverse charge VAT, withholding tax, and international invoicing requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience working with German entities.
