Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (Data Centre Projects)

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims, to help clients achieve best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and clear communication of variations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
