Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 1 Rivervue Pl, Tuckahoe, NY 10707, USA; onsite, full-time day shift

Salary: USD 45–50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and reassessments.
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of LPN care staff.
• Train and monitor medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote high-quality service while supporting the community’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
