Investment Associate-Bilingual (Investments)

Location: Montréal, QC, Canada. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Investment Counselor managing high-value client portfolios.
• Prepare and distribute client documentation, presentations, proposals, servicing packages, and marketing materials.
• Maintain client databases and files, update contact information, manage agendas, and follow audit procedures.
• Support account opening and closure, client referrals, maturities, wire transactions, cheque deposits, cash transfers, and other client transactions.
• Support the Investment Policy cycle from creation through trading implementation and review client portfolios monthly.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints while providing service to high-net-worth clients and coordinating with third parties.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Knowledge of daily market activities and general knowledge of the financial industry.
• Strong client service, communication, critical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage account documentation, transactions, and portfolio records accurately.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• A degree or diploma is an asset but not required.
