Senior Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery - Private Equity

What you will do

• Support quality control reviews of daily deliverables covering investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Serve as a primary contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables, meeting service-level agreements and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables defined in service-level agreements.
• Respond to clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments while supporting colleagues with query responses.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on daily tasks, processes, and deliverables.
• Support departmental initiatives, projects, risk mitigation, and team check-ins.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionality is an asset.
• Existing client or customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset.
• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
