DevOps Tech Lead

Location: Remote from São Paulo, Brazil. Sunday through Thursday schedule during standard daytime hours.

What you will do

• Own critical customer escalations involving DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and environment operations.
• Investigate customer issues by gathering context, reviewing logs, validating configurations, and diagnosing root causes.
• Translate complex problems into actionable issues for DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams.
• Apply expertise in multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment models.
• Provide clear incident updates and act as a trusted technical advisor to customer teams.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, tooling, architecture, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment, cloud, or infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, production deployment, infrastructure monitoring, and logging tools.
• Experience resolving complex production issues in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Fluent English is required for daily collaboration with global teams and customers.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer-facing technical escalation or technical advisor roles.
