Senior DevOps (Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon two times per week. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-grade observability deployments using the Elastic platform, including Beats, Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
• Instrument distributed systems and collect telemetry data using OpenTelemetry standards.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate platforms and infrastructure systems through REST APIs.
• Implement authentication, RBAC, access management, and audit compliance controls.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Hands-on expertise with the Elastic platform and enterprise observability deployments.
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry for distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication, RBAC, access management, and audit compliance.
• Fluent English at C1 level is mandatory; hybrid availability in Lisbon and Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit are required.
