Solutions Architect (AI/Cloudflare Developer Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas or San Francisco, California; up to 30% travel. An in-person interview may be required at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: $245,000–$305,000 annual salary for Bay Area-based hires, including on-target incentive compensation. Compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Partner with sales to drive revenue, new customers, and pipeline for AI and Developer Platform solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and architect best-practice solutions with customers.
• Build proofs of concept, demonstrations, and production-oriented technical solutions.
• Present hirify.global Developer Platform capabilities to strategic customers and advise decision-makers.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams.
• Provide customer feedback, use cases, and data-driven value propositions to influence product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling or supporting technical sales in cloud computing.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and AI/ML, including production systems combining both.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience designing and deploying production web applications, full-stack systems, databases, and serverless solutions.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows, including branching, versioning, CI/CD, and system integrations.
• Ability to advise customers, explain architectural trade-offs, and communicate with technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building on hirify.global Workers.
• AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Cloud Architect certification.
• Experience using modern coding assistants and providing structured feedback to influence product direction.
• Knowledge of current cloud computing industry trends and competitive markets.
