Senior Corporate Accountant

What you will do

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger activities as part of the corporate accounting function.
• Oversee daily treasury functions and complete bank and subledger reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end closing schedules.
• Ensure accounting activities follow relevant policies and procedures.
• Support external audit requests, projects, implementations, and knowledge transfers.
• Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least five years of experience in multi-location or multi-entity accounting, or public company accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to create thorough and accurate process documentation and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• External audit experience.
