What you will do

• Maintain and expand mammalian cell lines.
• Perform, troubleshoot, and optimize cell-based assays and tissue-culture protocols.
• Isolate, culture, and use human whole blood and primary cells in downstream assays.
• Provide automation support for high-throughput in-vitro assays using liquid handlers.
• Analyze and report assay data using tools such as Excel, R, or Python.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to improve tissue-culture and automation quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience with tissue culture using mammalian cells.
• Experience with cell-based assays and primary-cell handling.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, R, or Python.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation platforms such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter.
