Mechanical Assembler (Modular Buildings)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Manufacturing partner delivering modular infrastructure, power, thermal management, and other critical systems for data centers and mission-critical applications.

What you will do

• Install electrical components, wiring, conduit, panelboards, HVAC units, battery systems, and mechanical systems inside substation building enclosures.
• Read and apply blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Route, secure, and support wiring and electrical components according to engineering and production requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, grinders, and measuring tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies, document defects and nonconformances, and report equipment issues.
• Maintain workstation inventory and a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of assembly experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or an industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and written instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, workplace safety, measurements, and quality specifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, perform repetitive tasks, and lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 35 pounds.
• No visa sponsorship is available. Personal protective equipment is required on the production floor.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly, panelboards, conduit, HVAC systems, battery systems, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, or overhead cranes; training and certification may be provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Experience supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
