Product Training Associate (Supply Chain AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base + 20% variable compensation + equity.

What you will do

• Develop self-paced learning content including video courses, written modules, and exercises.
• Create technical training materials covering mathematical modeling, optimization, and data science.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable training playbooks and product curricula.
• Support and facilitate in-person and virtual customer workshops.
• Translate complex concepts like AI agents and forecasting into actionable customer insights.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in operations research, industrial engineering, statistics, or computer science.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable explanations.
• Strong storytelling and teaching instincts.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25–50% of the time).

• Experience creating educational content or writing technical documentation.
• Experience presenting technical topics to non-expert audiences.
