Accounts Payable Analyst

What you will do

• Verify, reconcile, and process daily payments, including checks, EFTs, and IACH transactions.
• Review and resolve Positive Pay exceptions across banking partners while meeting bank deadlines.
• Manage payable inquiries, stop payments, voids, reissues, correction vouchers, and check copy requests.
• Coordinate time-sensitive banking matters and escalations between Accounts Payable and Corporate Treasury.
• Analyze payment and banking data, identify discrepancies, and propose process improvements.
• Work with offshore Accounts Payable and leadership teams on invoice and workflow routing and processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• At least 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Working knowledge of AP controls, reconciliation, payment support, and large ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, respond to change, and work in a transaction-intensive environment.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Accounting or Finance bachelor's degree.
