QA Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid

Compensation: $40–$50 per hour

What you will do

• Perform manual testing of new features and releases across Teams, pricing, and growth projects.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track resolutions with engineering.
• Test core flows including recording, transcription, subscription management, workspace governance, and billing.
• Contribute to test plans and regression suites before releases.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria.
• Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Ability to write detailed bug reports and test cases.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal onboarding.

• Experience testing SaaS or subscription-based products.
