Multimedia Editor & Production Coordinator (Podcast)

Location: Remote, nationwide within the United States, with onsite recording sessions in the Dallas office and domestic travel as needed.

Salary: $25.74–$32.18 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual corporate Success Sharing bonus.

What you will do

• Edit podcast audio and video for clarity, quality, pacing, flow, and professionalism.
• Add branded production elements, prepare final files, and maintain organized assets, naming conventions, and version control.
• Coordinate deadlines, reviews, approvals, and production workflows with hosts, guests, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Set up microphones, cameras, lighting, and recording equipment; test quality and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Create short-form clips, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event highlights for social media and marketing channels.
• Travel with the CEO and podcast team to conferences, summits, speaking engagements, and other events to support production and content capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of experience editing podcast audio and/or video content.
• Familiarity with podcast and video production tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, GarageBand, Descript, Riverside, or SquadCast.
• Understanding of audio quality, microphones, cameras, lighting, and recording setup.
• Strong technical editing, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to support in-person recordings in Dallas, travel domestically, and work occasional evenings, weekends, and short-notice events.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a podcast, video series, YouTube channel, media project, or executive thought-leadership platform.
• Experience creating short-form social media video clips or working with creators and influencers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport production equipment.
• Interest in storytelling, media, healthcare, leadership, entrepreneurship, or mission-driven content.
