Текст:
TL;DR
Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer (Mixed-Signal SoC): Building and validating complex mixed-signal SoCs from first silicon through product integration with an accent on silicon bring-up, RF/analog characterization, system-level testing, and lab automation. Focus on debugging across silicon, firmware, RTL, board, and system boundaries, validating DSP and calibration algorithms, and driving issues to root-cause resolution.
Location: United States - Remote. The role involves access to ITAR-controlled information and requires either U.S. Person status or eligibility for a federally issued export-control license.
Company
develops and mass-produces high-power satellite platforms for commercial and U.S. government missions ranging from low Earth orbit to deep space.
What you will do
- Own post-silicon validation strategy, test planning, execution, coverage, and sign-off.
- Lead first-silicon bring-up across power, clocks, debug interfaces, processor and memory subsystems, peripherals, and high-speed interfaces.
- Define readiness criteria and coordinate silicon, firmware, test infrastructure, and system interfaces for product integration.
- Build the validation lab, including equipment, test setups, infrastructure, and automated characterization and regression environments.
- Characterize RF chains, PLLs, ADCs/DACs, clocking, power, DSP, and calibration algorithms in collaboration with RF/analog, mixed-signal, and systems teams.
- Drive cross-functional debugging and silicon issues from discovery through root cause, workaround, and resolution.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of post-silicon validation, SoC bring-up, silicon characterization, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with complex mixed-signal SoCs/ASICs, lab measurement equipment, validation labs, and automated measurement environments.
- Strong understanding of SoC architecture, RF/analog and mixed-signal circuits, and hardware/software debugging across silicon, RTL, firmware, boards, and systems.
- Strong Python or scripting skills, plus experience with embedded C/C++, JTAG, SPI, UART, and register-level debugging.
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export-control license.
Nice to have
- RF SoC and RF/analog characterization experience.
- ADC/DAC, PLL, RF transceiver, or high-speed SerDes/JESD validation experience.
- FPGA prototyping and RISC-V or ARM SoC experience.
Culture & Benefits
- Work on high-power satellite platforms designed for missions from low Earth orbit to deep space.
- Collaborate across FPGA, firmware, RTL/design verification, hardware, RF/analog, DSP, and systems teams.
- Join a high-growth, Series D-funded aerospace company scaling satellite production.
- Reasonable accommodation is available during the employment or interview process.
